Attention to all XRD applicants, before download the XRD form read carefully our rules:

- Only Tuesday and Thursday are allowed for FYP students and Postgraduate students (MSc/ PhD) may apply to use from Monday to Friday as long as there is a free slot in the schedule. 

- We just provide 2 slots per day which are morning slot (9.00a.m-12.00p.m) and noon slot (2.00p.m- 5.00p.m)  

- Check the available XRD slot through the 'Reservation table' in our website Fill the   

  XRD form completely Signature from supervisor Signature from XRD  

  manager  Send the complete filled and approved XRD form to XRD officer

-After receiving the XRD form, our XRD officer will arrange the booking slot for the applicants and   applicants need to always check the 'Reservation table' in our website 

-XRD user need to attend 15 minutes early before their booking slot to prepare their sample at the 

   measurement date. Only the XRD user is allowed to enter the XRD lab, people not related such 

   as friends are not allowed to accompany on that measurement date.    

-Always keep the sample preparation place clean ! No sample are allowed to left in the XRD lab after the measurement is finish. 

-Bring your own CD to burn your own result. Pendrive or USB storage device are not allowed.

-We are expected all the sample of XRD user may finish measured in duration of 1 hour and 30 minutes.Another 1 hour and 30 minutes, the XRD applicant may analyze their result using our EVA program. 

-To ensure smooth process, XRD users are compulsory to attend early 15 minutes to prepare their sample before their slots.

- XRD users are compulsory to wear the lab coat, mask and glove in the XRD lab.
